• It is a beloved cultivar known for its rich umami, mellow sweetness and beautiful bright green color.

Preperation Guide

• 3g of Matcha
• 30mL of hot water (106 F)
• Whisk in a "W" motion until frothy
• Enjoy plain or with your favorite milk and sweetener!
